NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER

Position Overview:

LiveLOOK is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to join its rapidly growing technology team. The Network Security Engineer will provide technical leadership on a variety of security-related projects and tasks. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Administration and management of secure network and systems
  • Establishing and maintaining configurations and policies
  • Identifying process and technical improvements within the LiveLOOK environment
  • Participating in architecture design sessions and product deployment planning
  • Conducting vendor compliance and security assessments/audits
  • Completing customer security assessments and audits
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to effectively communicate security-related product information

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree in computer science or related area
  • Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) or other security-related certification
  • Strong knowledge in network security hardware, design, architecture and implementation
  • Current knowledge of security threats and security tools
  • Strong familiarity with Linux and Windows OS
  • Ability to identify, understand and communicate complex network and security issues effectively
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Ability to commute regularly to LiveLOOK’s NJ headquarters

Desired Skills:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST II

Position Overview:

LiveLOOK’s Technical Support Team provides assistance as-needed to LiveLOOK’s customers, supports the deployment process for all LiveLOOK solutions, and contributes to the ongoing improvement of LiveLOOK products and processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support directly to customers through phone, chat, email and other channels as needed
  • Managing Support Ticket process by escalating issues to developers as needed, following up and keeping Customers updated in timely manner, and ensuring that Customers’ satisfaction is reached and issues are resolved
  • Generating and send internal and external reports
  • Assisting the Sales Engineers with product deployment activities
  • Participating in product testing and documenting results
  • Maintaining and creating technical documentation
  • Maintaining and creating support materials such as FAQs
  • Occasionally assisting with product demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Ability to work from LiveLOOK’s Matawan, NJ office Monday-Friday, 9a.m. – 5p.m.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid combination of technical experience and degree in computer technologies

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of basic web server and web page design/implementation, particularly IIS

MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER - iOS

Position Overview:

LiveLOOK is currently seeking an experienced mobile application developer with a strong working knowledge of iOS platforms to join our Development Team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with LiveLOOK’s Mobile Development Team to drive innovative mobile-platform products and strategy
  • Work with Sales Engineers to deploy mobile solutions to LiveLOOK customers
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to mobile solutions
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing Team to create and maintain mobile product demonstrations and marketing materials

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology related sciences (CS, EE, CSE, etc)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in coding with below listed required skills:
    • - Working knowledge of Objective – C
    • - Working knowledge of frameworks
    • - Working knowledge of ASIIHTTP library
    • - Fluency with Object-Oriented and MVC programming models
    • - Proficiency in UIKit, Foundation, Core Animation, Core Graphics, Core Data

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers by phone and emails to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
  • Record information as required by company flow and follow up on issues to ensure customer responses are provided accurately and in a timely manner, following company established guidelines
  • Attempt to reproduce customer reported issues and identify root cause of problems
  • Perform marketing/sales activities: prepare relevant material and communication with clients regarding product features, product updates, sales inquiries, appointment creation and follow and other relevant activities using tools to record and process customer information/communication/updates
  • Prepare and analyze reports, identify and communicate issues within production environment and customers with development and coordinate resolution of issues

Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand the industry and competitive landscape; gain insight into prospects’ business processes and develop value-added business solutions including ROI analysis
  • Develop a business plan/territory plan for the assigned market and/or geography

LiveLOOK is seeking a Sales Engineer in a senior staff role that entails customer, prospect, partner, and corporate responsibilities and supports pre-sales and post-sales of an enterprise-class SAAS package. The Sales Engineer has a broad IT background and is comfortable discussing and demonstrating all aspects of LiveLOOK platform to IT and business audiences up to the C level. With a strong blend of business development and technical skills, the Sales Engineer uses a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements and articulate the strategies for a LiveLOOK solution fit.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years professional experience in enterprise software sales or consulting, (2+ years of SAAS experience preferred).
  • B.S. in Computer Science or Business field of study, MBA or Masters a plus.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience Management (CEM), and Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications such as Oracle, Siebel or Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) industry trends, system architectures for wireless mobile, office, web and application development in the enterprise.
  • Knowledge of hardware and operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft operating systems, HTML and web development environments, relational databases, data warehouses, and reporting tools and solutions.
  • Used, tested, designed, recommended, pioneered and experimented with many devices and software applications.
  • Able to create Cascade Style Sheets in HTML to customize demonstrations.

  • Build and present technical presentations and customized demos using HTML and CSS.
  • Present LiveLOOK’s technology and underlying infrastructure including demonstrating deep familiarity with its hosting infrastructure, security and integration capabilities.
  • Lead and organize responses to RFPs and technical requirements documents.
  • Develop, manage, and standardize technical marketing programs designed to accelerate the growth of the LiveLOOK business in identified markets.
  • Understand the customer need and establish company’s product as the best solution that addresses the technical and business requirements as they look to enhance their customer experience.
  • Overcome technical or architectural challenges within existing or new Customers, and coordinate communication and activities required.
  • Create and lead ROI workshops, Proof of Concept projects, and technical education workshops.
