Technical Support Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers by phone and emails to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
  • Record information as required by company flow and follow up on issues to ensure customer responses are provided accurately and in a timely manner, following company established guidelines
  • Attempt to reproduce customer reported issues and identify root cause of problems
  • Perform marketing/sales activities: prepare relevant material and communication with clients regarding product features, product updates, sales inquiries, appointment creation and follow and other relevant activities using tools to record and process customer information/communication/updates
  • Prepare and analyze reports, identify and communicate issues within production environment and customers with development and coordinate resolution of issues
  • Stay current with new features and capabilities of the product
  • Prepare/modify user documentation on new/ existing features, customer impacts of deliverables and follow project guidelines to approve and disseminate documentation
  • Learn new skills and grow both technically and interpersonally to be able to meet further company needs and take on more responsibility over time
  • Perform testing of LiveLOOK products in customer-like environments, to pro-actively identify issues before customers encounter them
  • Develop software applications for Customer Support team internal use to eliminate the routine and time consuming operations done manually
  • Create various simple web pages for Company Customers
  • Debug issues on the web based on user reports and feedbacks

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English language
  • Ability to work shifted, including night shift
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax and related web technologies
  • Understanding of cross browser development issues (as well as their respective workarounds)
  • Work experience with Photoshop
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Basic SEO
  • Knowledge of C# and ASP.NET
  • Flash/ Flex development experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 2 years of hands on experience in web design and development

ASP.NET/C# Senior Web Developer

Position Overview:

LiveLOOK, Inc. is looking for an ASP.NET/C# Senior Web Developer with good knowledge of Web technologies and work experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript to be engaged in different long term projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Participate in application design
  • Provide necessary technical and design documentation
  • Communicate effectively with local management and external team members
  • Develop features according to technical specifications
  • Maintain existing projects
  • Participate in the development of new projects

Requirements:

  • University degree in the appropriate field of studies
  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET and C#
  • Database proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server
  • Knowledge of DHTML: JavaScript, AJAX, CSS2, CSS3, HTML4 and HTML5

Inside Sales Manager

Enterprise Sales Executive

Position Overview:

LiveLOOK, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team. We are looking for a sales executive who is enthusiastic about selling our industry-leading technology suite enabling enterprises to improve overall customer service operations and on-line sales engagements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand the industry and competitive landscape; gain insight into prospects’ business processes and develop value-added business solutions including ROI analysis
  • Develop a business plan/territory plan for the assigned market and/or geography
  • Work with Marketing to generate leads and participate in marketing activities such as webinars, trade shows and media outreach
  • Prospect, cold call and develop other strategies for account education and penetration
  • Manage contract negotiations, pilot programs and renewals
  • Manage and grow existing accounts; work with key account contacts to gather metrics, generate customer case studies and ensure client success
  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic technology partners, resellers and referral organizations

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of selling software/technology solutions into large enterprise organizations and/or mid-market. SaaS solutions, e-Commerce technology and/or customer service/call center solutions experience preferred
  • Major account management experience
  • Demonstrated success working with VP and C-level contacts
  • Polished communications and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and disciplined

Education & Experience:

Sales Engineer

LiveLOOK is seeking a Sales Engineer in a senior staff role that entails customer, prospect, partner, and corporate responsibilities and supports pre-sales and post-sales of an enterprise-class SAAS package. The Sales Engineer has a broad IT background and is comfortable discussing and demonstrating all aspects of LiveLOOK platform to IT and business audiences up to the C level. With a strong blend of business development and technical skills, the Sales Engineer uses a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements and articulate the strategies for a LiveLOOK solution fit.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years professional experience in enterprise software sales or consulting, (2+ years of SAAS experience preferred).
  • B.S. in Computer Science or Business field of study, MBA or Masters a plus.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience Management (CEM), and Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications such as Oracle, Siebel or Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) industry trends, system architectures for wireless mobile, office, web and application development in the enterprise.
  • Knowledge of hardware and operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft operating systems, HTML and web development environments, relational databases, data warehouses, and reporting tools and solutions.
  • Used, tested, designed, recommended, pioneered and experimented with many devices and software applications.
  • Able to create Cascade Style Sheets in HTML to customize demonstrations.
  • Skilled at requirements gathering; able to translate requirements to written proposals.
  • Able to demonstrate and articulate solutions to clients to provide compelling value proposition.
  • Proven success and track record in team-based revenue generation.
  • SFDC Administrator and Project Management Certification a plus.

Requirements:

  • Function as part of a multi-disciplinary team during sales pursuits of large-scale, enterprise B2B, B2C and C2C e-Commerce applications. Clearly and effectively communicate verbally to C-suite and middle management. Become an expert at demonstrating LiveLOOK and can differentiate product and services sales activities. Excellent follow up and written correspondence skills with clients and project team members.
  • Build and present technical presentations and customized demos using HTML and CSS.
  • Present LiveLOOK’s technology and underlying infrastructure including demonstrating deep familiarity with it’s hosting infrastructure, security and integration capabilities.
  • Lead and organize responses to RFPs and technical requirements documents.
  • Develop, manage, and standardize technical marketing programs designed to accelerate the growth of the LiveLOOK business in identified markets.
  • Understand the customer need and establish company’s product as the best solution that addresses the technical and business requirements as they look to enhance their customer experience.
  • Overcome technical or architectural challenges within existing or new Customers, and coordinate communication and activities required.
  • Create and lead ROI workshops, Proof of Concept projects, and technical education workshops.
  • Work closely with other elements of the eco system, e.g. Reseller partners, ISV partners, and analysts to develop and execute internal and external programs and initiatives.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
  • Willing and able to travel domestically & internationally.
