LiveLOOK live help technology is a browser-based technology that establishes a visual connection between parties over the Internet commonly known as Screen Sharing and/or Co Browsing. Online Visitor can show their screen to Agent so that Agent can see what Online Visitor is seeing, help select products/services, and help all the way to checkout. - What do I need in order to use LiveLOOK's Screen Sharing and Co Browsing products?
To use LiveLOOK's screen sharing and co browsing products you will need a browser and java. Java is pre-installed on your computer. If your computer doesn't have java, please install java by clicking here. - How can I use LiveLOOK with phone?
Call 1-800 number listed, click CoBrowse button – you will get a session number. Give the session number to Agent, and Agent will be able to assist you. - Does LiveLOOK work on Mac?

Agents can see Online Visitor's screen exactly as Online Visitor is seeing it. - What can Agents do?
Agents can see Online Visitor's screen and point with a pointer. Optionally full remote control can be enabled. - Is Online Visitor in control?
Online Visitor is in control at all times, and can disconnect a screen sharing or co browsing session at any time by closing browser window. - Can Agents change something on my computer?
Agents can only view a screen and point their mouse, they can not change anything on an Online Visitor's computer. - Can I use LiveLOOK's screen sharing and co browsing products with online chat?
