About Us

LiveLOOK is a leading provider of real-time online interaction tools. LiveLOOK offers two innovative products that require no software download – Co Browsing and Screen Sharing. LiveLOOK Co Browsing allows a contact center agent to see a customer's screen to assist with online sales and customer service. LiveLOOK Screen Sharing allows users to share presentations, images, photos, web pages and documents real-time while communicating on the phone or via instant messaging.

LiveLOOK's products are based on a on a patent-pending innovation in screen sharing. Founded in 2007 by a team of former AT&T Bell Labs developers, the Company is an innovator in visual sharing and real-time online interaction.

LiveLOOK is a privately held company backed by New York Angels, New Vantage Group, and Edison Innovation Fund.

Executive Team & the Board

Igor Khalatian, Ph.D, Founder & CEO

Mr. Khalatian is an entrepreneur with a solid technical background. Prior to LiveLOOK, Mr. Khalatian was Co-Founder of HelpMeeting, a web conferencing and desktop sharing company. Prior to HelpMeeting, Mr. Khalatian founded and served as CEO of SCLAB, a technology outsourcing company (clients: AT&T, Avaya, Knight Securities, Music Icon). Prior to SCLAB, Mr. Khalatian was a lead software architect at AT&T Bell Labs Research, where during his 7 year tenure he focused on web and teleconferencing systems, network system architecture, fault tolerance, video, voice and screen sharing systems. Igor holds 2 patents. Prior to AT&T Bell Labs Igor worked in USSR Academy of Sciences where he received his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the age of 25. Avid mountaineer, Igor summited 5 out of 7 highest peaks on each continent, including Kilimanjaro, McKinley, Aconcagua, Elbrus and Everest.

Gary Voight

Gary Voight is CEO and President of CorasWorks. Gary has thirty years of experience leading large corporations and industry changing startups. Most recently, he was President and CEO at Archivas, Inc., a digital preservation software firm, that was acquired by Hitachi in February 2007. Under his direction, Archivas developed digital archiving software, and sold it to financial services, medical, government, services and educational enterprises.

Prior to joining Archivas, Gary was President and CEO of Software AG (Americas), where he grew the business to more than $200 million in revenue. He was Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services of SAGA Software at the time of its acquisition by Software AG. Before SAGA Software, he was Vice President of Worldwide Transactions Systems at IBM/Transarc – where he was responsible for most of IBM's application server, middleware, security and file systems products. Prior to his tenure at IBM and Transarc, he was Vice President of Sales at ISIS Distributed Systems, a subsidiary of Stratus Computer. In addition, he spent more than 13 years at Stratus Computer in a wide variety of field and headquarters positions. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Thomas Wisniewski

Tom is a Managing Director at VentureAdvisors. Prior to founding VentureAdvisors, Tom was a Partner and Founding Member of Mitchell Madison Group (MMG), a global management consulting firm. He was a member of a core team that grew the firm from start-up to $200+ Million in revenue, 700+ employees and 15 offices. He was a leader in the firm's Corporate Strategy/ Restructuring Practice. In addition he performed significant work in Financial Services, Technology, Business Process Outsourcing and Venture Capital.

Prior to MMG, Tom was with Walker Digital Corporation where he served as SVP Business Investment, Lead Entrepreneur at Walker Digital, PriceLine founder Jay Walker's business incubator. He was responsible for evaluating new business models and plans, obtaining seed and second stage financing, structuring joint ventures with major corporations, and managing portfolio companies. Prior to Walker Digital, Tom served as CEO of HorizonLive, a provider of enterprise software tools and services, where he was hired to perform a turn-around. He managed all aspects of company operations: sales, marketing, PR, product development, system development, client service, finance, administration. In addition he played the lead role in the company's M&A and fund raising efforts. Prior to HorizonLive, Tom served as an Associate in Morgan Stanley & Co. Information Technology where he developed systems and in Investment Banking where he provided analytical support proprietary trading for transactions in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Merchant Banking. Tom holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Management at Dartmouth College. He graduated from Clark University with a BA in Physics, Philosophy and Mathematics.

Sherry Paterra

Sherry Paterrra is Partner at Paterra & Iguchi Partners. In 1984, Paterra founded TeleSpectrum, Inc. and served as Executive Vice President of the public TeleSpectrum Worldwide until 1997. A global marketing services outsourcing and professional services company, TeleSpectrum was among the first Top Fifty service companies in marketing services.

Paterra was instrumental in designing the IPO rollup that took TeleSpectrum Inc. public in August 1996. The rollup design provided one-stop customer management solutions. Completing six acquisitions during 1996, the new TeleSpectrum Worldwide (TLSP) is today a 350MM publicly traded company on NASDAQ.

As CEO of TeleSpectrum Inc., Paterra was responsible for finance; sales and marketing, call center operations and professional services. She developed the company's vertical marketing strategy; executed the operating business model; and oversaw the development of new product and professional service offerings. She advised clients such as Microsoft, Compaq, Netscape, Sybase, Digital, IBM, Unisys, Dell, GTE, and Bell Atlantic on sales and marketing strategies; sales and customer management information systems; new product and service strategies, and alternative channel and distribution strategies. Prior to TeleSpectrum, Paterra held senior management sales and marketing positions with Xerox Corporation and operational management positions with United Airlines.

Paterra currently serves as a Director and strategic advisor to emerging technology and internet companies such as Webline Communications, Post Communications, SoftAd, US Wireless Data, Woman.com and Siebel Systems providing strategic counsel on product, internet and business strategy and operations.

Advisors

Evan Bauer

Evan Bauer has more than 25 years of experience in the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of complex information systems at a variety of leading companies. Bauer served as Chief Technology Officer at Credit Suisse First Boston where he provided overall direction and oversight for the re-architecting of CSFB's network, server and desktop environments. Prior to joining CSFB, he served as Principal Architect for Global Operations and Sales and Trading Technology at Bankers Trust Company. Bauer has also served as Managing Director of Technology Operations at Sona Mobile, where he helped develop new product lines specifically for channel partners Alcatel and SugarCRM. Bauer was also a Principal Research Fellow at the Robert Frances Group and a Vice President and Senior Research Advisor at the Giga Information Group. Bauer has held additional positions at Control Data Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, First Pennsylvania Bank, International Database Systems, ManTech International, SEED Software Corporation, and the staff of the United States Senate.

Steven Haft

Steven Haft, former Chief Strategy Officer of AOL's interactive marketing group. Haft has developed and produced 18 films including "Dead Poets Society", Jane Austen's "Emma", and "Tigerland"; as well as television programming including the TNT film "Pirates of Silicon Valley", and MAD-TV, which has played for 12 years on FOX. These productions have generated over $400 million in revenues and resulted in 7 Oscar nominations, 8 Emmy nominations, a Peabody, British,French and Italian Academy Awards. Haft is on the Board of Directors of The Sundance Institute, and on the Board of Directors of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Redevelopment Corporation, appointed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
