About Us

LiveLOOK is the global leader in innovative visual sharing technologies for customer service. The company offers a suite of cloud-based, universally-compatible, mobile-friendly customer collaboration solutions. Products include Co-Browse, a sales and customer service tool that allows company agents to instantly view a customer's screen; web-based Live Chat; Presenter, which launches instant screen sharing sessions for online presentations and collaboration; and Remote Support, a robust remote troubleshooting tool.

Incorporated in 2008 and founded by a team of former AT&T Bell Labs developers, LiveLOOK's products are based on a patented innovation in co-browsing technology.

Executive Team

Igor Khalatian, Ph.D, Founder & CEO

Igor is an entrepreneur with a solid technical background. Prior to LiveLOOK, he was Co-Founder of HelpMeeting, a web conferencing and desktop sharing company. Before launching HelpMeeting, Igor founded and served as CEO of SCLAB, a technology outsourcing company (clients included AT&T, Avaya, Knight Securities, and Music Icon). Prior to founding SCLAB, Igor was a lead software architect at AT&T Bell Labs Research, where during his 7 year tenure he focused on web and teleconferencing systems, network system architecture, fault tolerance, video, voice and screen sharing systems. Igor previously worked in the USSR Academy of Sciences where he received his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the age of 25. He currently holds 2 patents. An avid mountaineer, Igor has summited 5 of the world's 7 highest peaks, including Kilimanjaro, McKinley, Aconcagua, Elbrus and Everest.

Chris Czekaj, SVP, Sales & Marketing

Chris' sales leadership career spans 23 years within the technology sector. He is considered an early adopter and innovator of customer relationship empowerment via technology enablement, including SaaS/On-Premise & Mobility. Chris has a proven track record of leading strategic sales teams across multiple verticals including Financials, Telecom-Media, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and High-Tech. His success is based on developing a strong sales foundation and managing to optimize sales excellence while maximizing organizational efficiencies.

Chris has multiple Bachelor Degrees including Business and Economics from Montclair State University, along with International Business Studies from Penn State University.

Matthew P Kurke, CFO

Matthew P Kurke came to LiveLOOK with a background in public accounting, managing audits of SEC registrants and privately held companies. Prior to joining the LiveLOOK team Matt was with Bagell, Josephs, Levine & Company specializing in developmental stage companies with responsibility for software development revenue recognition, capitalized research and development, and complicated debt and equity financings including troubled debt restructurings and derivatives. Matt is a licensed CPA and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. When he's not working, Matt composes, arranges, and produces original music. He has performed live most of his life, and holds numerous copyrights for original jazz compositions.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Gary Voight

Gary Voight is CEO and President of CorasWorks. Gary has thirty years of experience leading large corporations and industry changing startups. Most recently, he was President and CEO at Archivas, Inc., a digital preservation software firm, that was acquired by Hitachi in February 2007. Under his direction, Archivas developed digital archiving software, and sold it to financial services, medical, government, services and educational enterprises.

Prior to joining Archivas, Gary was President and CEO of Software AG (Americas), where he grew the business to more than $200 million in revenue. He was Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services of SAGA Software at the time of its acquisition by Software AG. Before SAGA Software, he was Vice President of Worldwide Transactions Systems at IBM/Transarc – where he was responsible for most of IBM's application server, middleware, security and file systems products. Prior to his tenure at IBM and Transarc, he was Vice President of Sales at ISIS Distributed Systems, a subsidiary of Stratus Computer. In addition, he spent more than 13 years at Stratus Computer in a wide variety of field and headquarters positions. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Thomas Wisniewski

Tom is a Managing Director at VentureAdvisors. Prior to founding VentureAdvisors, Tom was a Partner and Founding Member of Mitchell Madison Group (MMG), a global management consulting firm. He was a member of a core team that grew the firm from start-up to $200+ Million in revenue, 700+ employees and 15 offices. He was a leader in the firm's Corporate Strategy/ Restructuring Practice. In addition he performed significant work in Financial Services, Technology, Business Process Outsourcing and Venture Capital.

Prior to MMG, Tom was with Walker Digital Corporation where he served as SVP Business Investment, Lead Entrepreneur at Walker Digital, PriceLine founder Jay Walker's business incubator. He was responsible for evaluating new business models and plans, obtaining seed and second stage financing, structuring joint ventures with major corporations, and managing portfolio companies. Prior to Walker Digital, Tom served as CEO of HorizonLive, a provider of enterprise software tools and services, where he was hired to perform a turn-around. He managed all aspects of company operations: sales, marketing, PR, product development, system development, client service, finance, administration. In addition he played the lead role in the company's M&A and fund raising efforts. Prior to HorizonLive, Tom served as an Associate in Morgan Stanley & Co. Information Technology where he developed systems and in Investment Banking where he provided analytical support proprietary trading for transactions in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Merchant Banking. Tom holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Management at Dartmouth College. He graduated from Clark University with a BA in Physics, Philosophy and Mathematics.

James Foy

Jim has more than four decades of experience in the software technology sector. First as an engineer and engineering manager and then as a strategic and business executive. He has extensive experience with building successful private and public companies. His many successes include founding Constellation Software, an object technology company, where he was CEO. He joined Ardent Software as head of engineering and the company was subsequently acquired by Informix Software where he later become President. He then joined Davox as CEO and after a number of successful acquisitions became CEO of Aspect Software and subsequently Executive Chairman of the Board.

Foy has served on the board of X/Open, Unix International and the Object Management Group and has expereince at the board level of privately held companies and is currently on the board of Kalido and Dealertrack Technology, a public company.
